The Real Reasons Pain and Injury Occur
You CAN prevent these with proactive physical therapy!

01. Weakness

Reduces joint stability and muscle control, which reduces your body's ability to support and protect itself and increases the risk of strains, sprains, and other injuries.

02. Poor Flexibility

Limits joint range of motion and tissue pliability, creating sub-optimal muscle length and increasing strain on the muscular system.

03. Poor Mobility

Restricts movement patterns, leading to compensations and muscle imbalances that over and underload various tissues and leads to injury.

04. Stress-Relaxation Imbalance

Leads to fatigue, hormone imbalance, and affects appetite and sleep, all of which leads to poor recovery.

05. Nutrient Deficiency

Weakens bones, muscles, and connective tissue by reducing bone density, muscle strength, and cellular repair leading to poor recovery and increased risk of injury.

What My Clients Say

“When I met Tyler I couldn't stand or bend my leg without pain. Every session was hard work, but, with Tyler’s guidance and explanations, it made it a lot easier to work through the recovery process. In the beginning, I struggled to walk or even jog properly, but now I’m back to playing soccer at full speed. Everything about my knee feels great – it feels stronger, more stable, and I have no pain whatsoever. I recommend Tyler to anyone who has any sort of injury. He not only tells you what you have to do to fix it, but he also explains how what you’re doing is going to help you heal. He pushes you, but is also cautious to make sure you don’t overdo it. Plus, he’s a great guy – super nice! If I feel anything weird or feel like I’m injured, he’s my first to go option because he’s always there for me. Absolutely amazing treatment.”

Sports Injury

2. Orthopedic Exam

Then, I assess your posture, range of motion, flexibility, strength, and your soft tissue and joint health. I also conduct specific tests to identify the root cause of your pain or discomfort.
